Griefing & Settlement Destruction
Raiding, destroying, or deliberately damaging another player's build, town, or guild territory is not permitted. Scamming of any kind — whether in trades, services, or guild agreements — will not be tolerated.
Taking resources from a shared guild project or community build and then abandoning or sabotaging it is forbidden. A player who departs or is removed from a guild or settlement retains the right to recover items they personally contributed, within fair limits. The remaining members are expected to return those items promptly.
Should a disagreement occur, both sides must first attempt to settle it between themselves. If that fails, a support ticket may be submitted to staff. Without evidence of a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly, staff will redirect both parties to do so first. If staff intervention becomes necessary, guild leaders found in breach of this rule may face penalties at staff discretion.
Establishing a claim or building a structure within a protected buffer zone around an existing settlement or claimed area without the owner's permission is not allowed — the exact buffer distance is enforced automatically by the server's claim plugin. Using ender pearls or similar mechanics to bypass WorldGuard-protected regions, dungeon gates, or restricted zone boundaries is prohibited.
